If something is going on in your relationship that you are too embarrassed or ashamed to tell your friends or family about, you need to leave that relationship.

Hiding the things that happen to you, only allows those things to continue. Treat yourself as if you were your own child, and never accept anything less for yourself than you would accept for them.
