Fans Pick Their Faves at People's Choice

In one of the more jovial annual awards shows, the stars were out in full, giddy force to be awarded by the very people who make their careers possible -- the fans. Among the big winners of the night were Carrie Underwood and 'House,' but the real story was 'The Dark Knight.'

Presley says it is "an Unconstitutional Injustice to partake in and encourage such condemnation" of Scientology, and that the religion had nothing to do with the death of 16-year-old Jett.

'Idol' Sanjaya Set to Release 5 Song Set

Stooges Guitarist Ron Asheton Dies at 60

Via Spinner: Stooges guitarist Ron Asheton was found dead at his Ann Arbor, Mich. home Tuesday morning. It's believed he suffered a heart attack. Police discovered Asheton's body on a couch after his personal assistant had been unable to reach him for several days. (Full Story @ Spinner)

On Twitter, Britney and Barack Get Hacked

Personalities ranging from Britney Spears to Barack Obama have had their Twitter accounts hacked in the past week in the latest scam to hit the micro-blogging site. In these faux "tweets," as each entry is known, Spears gives fans an update on her private affairs, Fox News announces that their top host is gay, and CNN's Rick Sanchez tweets in sick, using the ol' "i am high on crack right now" excuse.
